How many batteries can connect in series/parallel?
Our 12V battery can support up to 4P4S. Our 24V battery can support up to 4P2S. Our GC2 batteries can support up to 4P. Read the article about LiFePO4 batteries series vs parallel connection for more details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Your order can be canceled/changed if you contact our customer service before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email, in this case, we do not accept any change. If you don’t need the products, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our return instructions.

What do I do if my discount code isn't working?
